Our Montreal-style bagels are made the traditional way: hand-rolled and cut, simmered in sweet honey water, then baked in a custom-made stone oven fuelled by New Zealand mānuka hardwood. It’s this hands-on process that gives our bagels their distinctive texture and flavour.
